የተባበሩት መንግስታት ድርጅት የፀጥታው ም/ቤት ስብሰባ ተቀምጦ ነበር። በዚህም ም/ቤቱ በዩክሬን ጉዳይ የተባበሩት መንግስታት ጠቅላላ ጉባኤ [የ193 አባል ሀገራት] አስቸኳይ ልዩ ስብሰባ እንዲጠራ በድምፅ ወስኗል።

Sudan declares three-month state of emergency over floods

Sudan declares three-month state of emergency following floods

Sudan's Security Council says 99 people have been killed in floods.

In addition to those killed in this year's floods, 46 people were injured, according to the Sudanese Ministry of Labor and Social Development.

Evidence suggests that East Africa, including Ethiopia, is experiencing heavy rainfall this year.

Floods in Sudan have so far affected more than half a million people, according to Reuters.
